I have never met a worse service staff at any point of issue, I can not receive my cargo, they simply refuse to issue it, I came from another city with me in e-form, a passport, a consignment note, a phone number with a half-body number that is indicated on the parcel. As robots sit, there is nothing human. The first time I used this "office", I will bypass the side, the Russian post works better!
