Stroganovskaya Votchina

Almost 5 stars from me. Asked for a glass of wine from a bottle the menu said can be ordered just with glass, but they told me I can't. Food is top, top quality. The fillet was amazing. Cooked just as I asked. Every time I am there, I go back.
