A very cozy mini-hotel, inside the interior is stylized as an ancient castle. With the number not lucky, the windows on the Soviet Ave., audibility is just enormous. Breakfast is not included in the payment for the room - 150 rubles (porridge or scrambled eggs + 2 pancakes + tea or coffee). According to reviews of "local" place is excellent, but we do not understand why we are so unlucky? Before we went, they phoned for 1.5 hours and warned that we would be with the child, asked to make the pool and the jacuzzi warmer. When we arrived, we were told that the jacuzzi was only being collected, the water in the pool was ice cold even for an adult, they came into the steam room with tears because of smoke, and most of the time the steam room was aired instead of steaming. In the end, the rest for us was spoiled because we didn’t really sit anywhere, either in the jacuzzi or in the steam room. The staff refused to even apologize for this, citing the fact that we were so bad that they called late, although I repeat, they called for 1.5 hours and they told us that the bath was free and everything would be ready for our arrival.
