Central Children's Library. Yuri Gagarin

Today we were at the awarding of the creative competition and were very unsatisfied with the results of the jury's evaluations. So in their opinion, the child and I can’t make a piece of toilet paper and PVA glue, while others seemed to make plastic hedgehogs, Barbie dolls, etc. For our voluminous piece from papier-mache, “The Old Man of the Year,” they gave us third place, but they asked us to give it to the library. So the craft was one of the best, so why was it rated in third place? How is all this evaluated and by whom?

A good library, comfortable to some extent and many different books.
