I liked almost everything: the room, the hotel itself, the location, the territory - everything is beautiful, clean and modern, the food is delicious, but cold and not super diverse. There is one BUT that crossed out all the good things. We booked a room at the same price, in fact they charged us an additional 1,500 rubles per day, without any explanation. This is not counting the fact that parking was paid, which was not indicated on the booking site. I would like to return, because the nature is fabulous, but hardly to the Valdai Rest House. A very unpleasant residue remained. Even if they changed our room to a better one, at least they should have warned about it. Although in decent places they do not charge extra for this (unless at the request or fault of the guest). As a result, the overpayment situation was resolved safely. The hotel apologized and made a refund. Thanks)

Nice three star holiday home. Good food and affordable leisure time. The possibility of obtaining medical and cosmetic services. The impression is darkened by the fact that hotel guests - drivers and owners of expensive cars, sometimes behave like the owners of everything and everyone, hams and demand privileges from other guests - drivers. In general, the minus is not a holiday home but some categories of guests.
