A very careless company. The package came somehow skewed, as if it was being opened. The courier rolled luxury cosmetics in the car for three days in the cold, it is not surprising that after this cream lost some of its useful properties. But even this is not the worst thing. The company refuses to do anything, promises to call back "within three days maximum." And these "3 days" lasted for 2 months, and there is still no answer. It would be less offensive if they sent three letters at once. And then you wait like a fool ...

Slow service, can not be paid on the card. Always offer to pick up the order themselves instead of courier delivery. And if the courier is waiting, then it can be up to three days. The rest is a pleasant and bright room, there are dressing rooms.

I came to order. The man rang for delivery. He says, sit for 3-5 days on the address and wait. The courier will call you in an hour and bring it. Or come to the office or refuse. Normally, yes ?? That's eh service, I'm shocked. I tell him it's an order for a child, oh I need to measure it. The child can not sit in the office for five days from 9 to 18 hours. And wait for the "pony" to appear. On a compromise did not go, but just stupidly dropped the receiver. That's the kind of service they have. And that now with my order, I do not know. Awful service with a disgusting delivery organization.
