Between 1837 and 1846 M.V. Pashkov becomes the owner of the Smelter located in the village of Preobrazhenskoye (now the village of Zilair). During his tenure (M.V. Pashkov died in 1863), a stone church was built that has survived to this day, on the site of an old wooden church (it was built in 1760 by I.V. Tverdyshev, the first owner of the smelter). Style features allow dating it to the first half of the XIX century. A large role in the arrangement of the temple was played by the sister of M.V. Pashkov, whose name is not mentioned. She invited artists who painted the interior, created a church choir. The central bell, weighing 246 pounds, was cast at the factory by local craftsmen. The temple, built in the style of classicism, is a monument of Orthodox religious architecture. At the moment, the building needs repairs. The church does not work all the time.
