The chapel in the name of Jacob Borovichi is located opposite the Catherine Church on the highway St. Petersburg - Moscow. The chapel was erected in memory of Emperor Alexander 1, whose body, following the mourning procession from Taganrog to St. Petersburg, was located opposite the church of St. Catherine. The chapel belonged to the Iversky monastery and was erected in the same 1826. Used as a roadside chapel. It is currently active and still belongs to the Iversky monastery.

The chapel in the name of James Borovichsky was built in 1826 in memory of the death of Emperor Alexander I. The building was made in the style of classicism. I don’t know what the "alternative historians" can attract the attention of (according to my friend) is, in principle, a typical structure for that era. In general, my opinion about the "alternatives" is ambiguous and is still formed under the impressions of the encountered online reports. In most cases, this is nonsense and fantasy on historical themes, trying to justify the elementary ignorance of the authors. But some wear politicized colors and are outright sabotage for fragile brains.
