Sports camp - "Place of Power" It's no secret that 2020 has become a very difficult year for everyone in the world! Athletes and coaches experience this period in different ways, someone managed to train in a new format, and someone was deprived of their favorite job and favorite thing. We want to share not envy, but our joy in our "Place of Power"! For the third time, the Kobudo Federation of the city of Yekaterinburg, the "Energy" branch, together with the "Oplot" club from the village of Gorny Shield, went to a sports camp in Yarovoye, Altai Territory. The host is the Kobudo Federation of the Altai Territory, represented by Konstantin Aleksandrovich Aksamitovsky, 3rd dan. The town of Yarovoye is famous for its salt lake Bolshoe Yarovoye and is a resort town. So our athletes received an exchange of experience while training with students from the famous club "BUSIDO", which last year celebrated its 20th anniversary. In addition to martial arts, we mastered sports games: football and beach volleyball, which gave an emotional color to hard physical training. The lake helped to relax the muscles, since the water is very salty, it pushes the body easily to the surface and you can easily enjoy swimming or relax. We would like to express our special gratitude to Larisa Mikhailovna Rusinova, director of the cafe "Rus", for the excellent organization of healthy farm food. We were so well-fed and deliciously fed that it easily helped us recuperate and save the budget from unnecessary expenses)). Kobudo is the art of working with traditional Japanese melee weapons. In our case, these are training and sports weapons. Before the trip, many guys did not know the names and did not hold in their hands: bo, ekku, kama, tonfu, nunchaku. And for the two-week course we got so many new things that it will be their charge for the whole year.From entertainment we liked the water park, trips on catamarans, water scooters and a very interesting direction of walking on paddle boards. August was hot, with an average of 30,000 steps a day. On day 4 training, the loads were decent. Athletes' eyes really shine.
