We decided to buy a car in this salon .... I had never had such a negative shopping experience before. Absolute lack of customer focus. The purchase was carried out for cash, but we were refused to sell the car without "Dopov". First, they had to buy them for 60 thousand, the next day they called and said that it was already from 150,000, otherwise wait for the car for half a year. I met such imposition of purchases and refusal of sales only in this salon. Calling Kia's hotline, received a response from the manager "it's okay" BUT!!! such actions are a violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation. Only after a scandal and threats to go to court were we removed a fixed amount for these dopas, but without them they still did not sell anything. If someone decides to buy a car there, then take into account that the dealer's requirement for the mandatory purchase of additional equipment is a direct violation of Article 16.2 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights". If you still have it imposed on you, then you can go to court and you will receive all the Dopas for free + compensation from 20 thousand. This company also violated all the terms for issuing the car. By the way, the price of a car can go up even after signing the contract and making a deposit. Therefore, I do not recommend buying from this dealer absolutely
