The office is open at around 6:00- 21:00, the managers at the stand are very nice and helpful. The whole process took around 20 minutes, including the paperwork. All in all it is great service, having the car picked up at the airport and dropped off at the same place, cutting any kind of public transport out of the question. Would definitely recommend if you need a car that will be your own for a few days.

Took a while to find the place, like an hour. Great we thought, paid the deposit, were taken to the car - which was not the one that we booked. Focus instead of Octavia. We here advised that they had the right to do that. Fair enough, though quite doubtful that the category is the same - we specifically booked a more spacious one. We took it, the car was fine. Upon the return it was inspected and all seemed fine according to the words of the rental service boy, so I signed. Reading the document afterwords I can see that they marked that the returned car was dirty. Since they have not released the deposit I do not expect them to ever do that. In Short - no service at all, hidden charges that were not communicated, wrong car given, but the car itself is ok. Will never book again

Excellent service! Special thanks to a man (Dmitry but I might remember wrong) who worked on October 3 and 5 - a very helpful and polite employee, Sixt must be proud of him 😃

I was charged an illegal additional charge. I protested, but was forced to pay from credit card. Because it is not reliable company, I recommend that you do not matter or enter the full cover insurance in order to avoid trouble.

Basically Sixt scammed me. I paid a the full insurance coverage to avoid any kind of extracharges, I returned the vehicle to the parking without any kind of damage. Once returned the managers from sixt told me that the car was scratched and they charged me the full repair of the damage, because I didn't have a police record of the damage (how can I have a police report of something that didn't happen in my presence?). I rent cars at least 1 week a month and due to this situation I will never ever rent a car with Sixt any more, and I'll try to make sure that no one I know and no one in my company uses Sixt any more. Now you've got your fraudulent extra cash, but you've lost a client and potential new ones. Well done!
