Park Inn by Radisson Nevsky St. Petersburg Hotel

Only my experience - I wasn't pleased by that stay. Firstly, I checked in only in 3 p.m., because room wasn't ready in time. Though the receptionist gave us vouchers for free drink. Secondly, I booked a superior room for two but there weren't toiletries, bathrobes, fridge. We asked to complete the room, but the maid brought only one tooth brush kit. When we asked one more time we got some toiletries but still not in accordance to superior room. The room we got was adjacent and we heard some noise from another room.

Badly managed. I'm a GOLD member and no welcome gift and no mention on room upgrade. Also water at the entrance is out and the holder to put the cup in is full, which it shouldn't be. If you're not going to replace the water then remove it, it's disgusting with the dirty tray water. Also the main floor toilet HAS NO toilet paper...... So I guess I'm supposed to use my hands and maybe my sock if I want to be sort clean... Disgusting.... On the other hand great customer service with the ladies at the front desk and cleaners were very polite and greeted me.

Just a well located place to stay a night or two. Don't have accessible twins, only doubles ((( UPD: Answer to the hotel. No idea, if they have twins that are accessible for wheelchairs or not. But they definitely refused to provide me with one :(

A hotel right next to the railway station, a coffee shop and a vaping joint at the heart of St.Petersburg. Polite and cute English speaking staff with cramped up elevators from which I along with my friend recieved electric shocks more than once while swiping our room cards. The corridors leading to our rooms are decorated with colouful carpets. The room was very cramped up for space especially for two people. All the basic amenities were provided with very neat and sanitary rest rooms with handwash from dove. The air conditioning/ heating provided in our room was make grinding noises while switched ON. Also individual switches are not provided for each lighting and if we switched off the entire supply, our mobile phones could not be charged. So we had to sleep with our lights own along with the noise. The intercontinental breakfast buffet provided was delicious. The hotel provided us a room for refresing ourselves even after checking out. The best memory of this hotel for me and my room mate was the song by Canned Heat-On the Road Again, a jazz classic provided in your TV software menu which ran in a continous loop and we really enjoyed that as it improved our mood

Beautiful rooms and affordable. Hotel is very close to the Moskovskiy Railway station, so if you are coming by train it's an ideal place to stay. Also it's located at the city center so everything is easily accessible. The staff speak good English and are very helpful.
