Holiday Inn Moscow - Tagansky

The hotel is fine, however, at check in I was told that breakfast was included for the week of the stay. Was later told that it was just a trainee that told me that, and it’s not included. The guy has been the only person working afternoons this week, so not sure if it believe that. Feel like the management could’ve made it right and didn’t bother.

Nice Holiday Inn property with as international brand should be. Rooms are big and very nice decorated, even some furniture needs to be renovated. There is a small kitchen in some rooms. Breakfast is very good - wide choice of cold and hot dishes, and even Egg station - not common in Holiday Inns. Hotel located in 7-10 minutes walk from the metro, and in 5 minutes from the river Moskva - you can take a nice river cruise.

I’ve stayed at this hotel more then once and it’s always been a good stay. The rooms are big and very functional. Access to the hotel from 3 metros makes it very convenient and the friendly staff adds to the pleasant experience! Have to mention the front desk lady Veronika who’s always smiling and extremely helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay, the bed was very comfortable, the location seemed good. The facilities weren't very impressive but i wasn't expecting much. The room seemed very big and spacious, the shower was awesome. The breakfast had many many options and was generally good. I'll definitely come back if I need to stay in that area.

Good Hotel @ walking distance to metro. KFC nearby. Supermarkets can be found around.
