Sheraton Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin

This is a masterpiece of truly hospitality and comfort. In the heart of the city with a long history this hotel was a best place I relaxed this half of the year and I enjoyed their services and fancy restaurant. Highly recommend

What a horrible experience! Unprofessional staff, have no idea they are in the hospitality business. Don't expect a Western International brand here if you do you will be sadly disappointed. This hotel suffers from lack of leadership, training, poor staff and miserable employee moral. I would not stay here if it were free, not worth the aggravation. I am a Marriott Titanium Elite. If I get treated this poorly. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dumpster fire of a hotel..

Wonderful hotel at the heart of the old city! Convenient to shops and restaurants. The pike fish in the hotel restaurant was excellent .... highly recommend this hotel!

Loved the Staff, they are super helpful and nice, specially Petr in Reception and Natalya in lounge. I am vegetarian, in Russia its not easy for staff to understand this, I have stayed in more than half of Marriott properties in Russia, this one was best in terms of understanding my food restrictions / believes. Honestly, there is nothing wrong I can point out during my stay here, from pre-reception i.e. communicating on email to find out checkin / checkout time, during checkin to checkout .... everything was super smooth. Location is also very good, right on hill, next to Kremlin and happening places of city both business wise and otherwise.
