Beeline

Disgusting service, unprofessionalism and a negative attitude towards customers. Not the office of one of the largest mobile operators, but the post office of Russia. I can understand when a person made a mistake, admitted guilt and apologized, but not when they explain to me in a disgusting tone that I am an idiot, covering up my mistake.

I have been using beeline for many years and I know what attitude to clients this REAL beeline has! This store is franchised! And hence the disgusting attitude towards customers! The whole impression of the beeline goes bad! Is there really so little money from the beeline that it gives its name to such a collective farm counterpart ?! In this store, with high probability you will be sold bad and not high-quality goods and then you can return the money only through the court. The sellers have the task of "stepping" the goods! I don’t know how to rate this store, probably not worse!

As if consultants are recruited by category of the most evil and stupid.
