There is a small beach near the skete, but even in October there were many cars. There are probably too many people here in summer ... But the views are very beautiful: the Volkhov flows into the Ilmen.

Small and well renovated place. Near the hermitage there is a small beach with access to the lake. It was not possible to swim because of the bad weather, but we managed to enjoy the views. On the territory of the skete, behind a small fence, sits a large dog, not very friendly. It always barks loudly if people pass by, which is very annoying.
