High security hotel: There are no toilet paper, glasses, minimum hygiene items in the rooms. When asked about paper, the administrator answered: but there is no paper! And he smiled. The rooms themselves are microscopic, but they cost exclusively horse money for such an area: 4000 rubles per night for two. You cannot eat or drink in the rooms, not even tea. In order to drink tea, you need to go down to the "cafe", where the administrator, perhaps, will make it for you. But to get to the cafe, you have to wait for the administrator to finish playing the solitaire kerchief. All in all, an extremely bad place. Avoid it whenever possible.
