Deception over time. You drive not 5-6 hours, but 9. The car is old, dirty, the luggage was damaged after the trip. Boorish attitude of company employees (driver, operator, manager). It does not issue checks or any documents confirming payment, which is a violation of the law. Do not pay right away, otherwise you become a hostage to the situation. All the way you will be unaware of where you are going, what route. The price is absolutely not justified.

Great company, for the first time I was very afraid, because I used to always ride big buses from the Vosstaniya metro station. My friend and I needed to roll back a visa, how much we were surprised to be at home already at 14:00, despite the fact that we left at about 5:00. Despite such an early return, we visited disas fish, lidl, paradise market and prism, and on the way back the driver took us to a private fish shop as a bonus, where we ate delicious fish soup and bought smoked fish home. By the way, the fish there turned out to be much tastier and better than in Disas fish. Now it’s always only with you, special thanks to the dispatcher (Valentina) for her work, thanks to her, we decided on this trip!

For many years I have been using the services of this company, as far as I understand their family business, and therefore they are fully invested in the work! I often fly through Helsinki because there are cheap tickets, I use the transfer only from these guys, I always arrive on time for several years, I have never been late, on average they arrive 2-3 hours before the planned departure! And those who have not yet used the services of this campaign, I advise you to try, having traveled once on such a small bus, you will definitely understand for yourself, it’s easier (you don’t need to take any subway, you will be taken straight from home and brought home with all your purchases ) and more convenient than large buses, you will spend much less time on the way.
