On September 21 at 14:00 at the Victory Park I was registered for the anti-stress program with a gift certificate. During the procedure in the pool, I noticed that the walls of the pool were covered with a layer of dirt, which was unpleasant to touch them. When I got out of the pool, I noticed that I was swimming in it and mud was swirling in the water in the corner! In the water where I just swam for 15 minutes! That's how anti-stress and spa! To my questions, the administrator said that there was a problem with the pipes, and it happened right during my procedure, although it was clear that the dirt on the walls of the pool was not fresh, and, moreover, it was above the water level, which confirms that the pool has not been washed for a long time. After the pool I was taken to a massage. And again, I noticed how careless the employees treat the disinfection of the contact surfaces: the massage table on which I had to lie was covered with a film, BUT the places under the arms that were not covered by the film were stained with oil from a previous client! At the same time, I have no complaints about the work of a massage therapist - everything was great and very professional, only this, perhaps, did not allow me to smash the salon to smithereens with rage. 6,000 rubles are for services in which you swim in the mud and lie down on an untreated massage table, even in conditions of the coronavirus! I called to schedule a massage. I found out the nearest free time, they kicked me off, they said the manager would call back. I've been waiting for 10 minutes, no one calls. Calling me back. I'll go somewhere else. Bonus feedback to you. If you have a lot of clients, say so, don't waste time.

Beautiful place. Absolutely everyone - from the receptionists to the masters - are infinitely pleasant, courteous and caring. Everything has been done for the most relaxed atmosphere, the staff even speaks in a half-whisper. Stone therapy is an obligatory procedure for everyone in the cold season. Many thanks to all the staff, I spent a magical two hours here and will definitely be back.

An excellent spa salon, visited it three times, tried different programs and massages. All good! Very friendly staff, friendly welcome, explain everything. The size of the cabin is not very large, there are two saunas, a small relaxation area. Everything suits me, they do massage well, I succeed in relaxing during the spa program. That is, the goal of the visit is achieved))
