I reissued the card in connection with the change of surname. the first time the card went into error and was not delivered to the department, I found out about it when I came to receive it. at first I went to one window, they told me that there were no reissue cards and sent them to another window, but there "oh, my God, where is the card? how so? what should I do?" Okay, I had to come to the Sberbank again with the documents so that they would reissue me for the second time. And this is not the end of the story, they reissued me a card, but! to the old surname. They probably believe that I salt them and I need more cards. I had to go do a reissue already in another department. I hope I get this ill-fated card. I wish you all patience, and attentiveness to the employees of the bank.
