I had a few legal questions I wanted to ask over email, but they told me I need to pay an email consultation fee of $100. That’s fine. I paid the fees, sent them my questions, and they answered, but their answers were very short, unclear, and did not address my concerns. Also fine. As expected, I asked follow up questions to clarify things, then they told me I can no longer ask any more questions over email, and that I have to set up an in-person consultation and pay the same fee again 🙄 Really?! $100 just for a single email composed of few questions with no follow ups allowed?! The few precious minutes you invested telling me I need to pay again could’ve answered my follow up questions and won over a customer. They eventually answered my follow up questions after arguing over it, but I still had more questions. Paying $100 for just few short answers was absolutely not worth it. I barely took few minutes out of their precious time. If I knew this I would’ve found another firm that would gladly address all my concerns in a single consultation session. I was hopping to do more business with them as I needed help with other legal issues, but I’m glad I didn’t.
