A magnificent institution of culture. It was founded in 1959. Now he feels the arbitrariness of local officials (the Ministry of Culture of the Novgorod Region) who want to evict the college from the building in the Novgorod Kremlin. Who is claiming the building? Is it not enough for the Ministry of Culture to destroy culture?
