Of the pros: 1. Nice interior 2. Very polite and friendly staff 3. Convenient location in the center, near the Kremlin and many parks and cafes. Cons: 1. 4th floor, a little hard to climb with things. 2. Weak water pressure in the shower.

New hotel. Clean and comfortable. Each room has a mini kitchen. Nice, comfortable. The view from the octavia is about nothing.
