This is a hotel house !!! Very good ! Everything is very clean and comfortable! I learned that this is a family business. People are friendly and cultured! Near the park! Very convenient for the New Year holidays !!!

Great guest house. New furniture, clean rooms, spacious. For me, the bed was soft, but this is me finding fault already. No air conditioning but there was a fan. Clean bath. Breakfast buffet: oatmeal porridge, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, pancakes !!!, sliced, dry breakfasts. Huge parking. Courteous staff. Just 9 minutes by car to the city center.

Great place, there were two families of 4 people. Everything is very clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, coffee from a coffee machine was included in the price. We highly recommend it.

The hotel is fresh, which is good news. There was a night check in - we checked in without any problems. Good breakfast, delicious coffee. But! They don't like guests here! there is no hospitality and no desire to see guests again. Booked for two days, didn't clean on the second day, didn't even take out the trash and didn't put in detergents - in fact, people take a shower, at least every day, they answered on the booking review that they had to ask for gel and shampoo?!? I paid for the stay at your hotel and I have to ask for a shower gel ?! This trip was presented for my anniversary by my daughter, and when in the evening we decided to have a glass of wine with fruit, after being reviewed on Booking, the hotel administrator said that we were drinking! a bottle of red wine with a volume of 0.375 liters for three adults and a fruit snack ... was that drunk ?! We have stained three glasses and several plates - the administrator did not hide his displeasure, despite the fact that round-the-clock access to the lounge zone was declared! We didn't take your sweets, coffee, cookies! We just drank for my 55th birthday! Instead of an apology for our review on Booking, they were frankly nasty, pointing out that we misunderstand the rules of checking into a hotel ... No words! Besides the frustration of communication. I must say that in a room for three people there is only one chair, mattresses and the door to the bathroom squeak unpleasantly. The review turned out to be emotional - you cannot provide hospitality services like that!
