Namely - there is no sound insulation between the rooms at all. You can hear everything, even if they are talking in whispers behind the wall. The bathroom has a terrible stench, obvious problems with the sewage system. Hot water from the boiler is barely coming out. At 9 in the morning I could not drink coffee because I was not ready yet.

The hotel is good. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Location is the trump card (everything you need to see in Veliky Novgorod is nearby) Cons: 1. The wildest audibility. There was a feeling that people from the next room lived with us in the same room. 2. Lack of at least one chair in the room.

Was in this hotel with my wife, we really liked it, they greeted us friendly. Rooms are clean, comfortable and very good value for money. There is a wonderful tavern right next to it on the street. Delicious food and a very cozy environment inside. Thank you so much!!!

Cons - audibility, it's cold in the room, the water is brown until you miss it, there is no shampoo, shower gel and liquid soap seem to be the same, the quality is not great, the blanket is small for two (especially when it's cold)

This small hotel has only one advantage - the proximity to the main attractions. C grade level: uncomfortable beds, terrible audibility, no sound insulation, old washed linens. Our room did not even have glasses, let alone a refrigerator. Our friends who lived in the junior suite, did not put toilet paper. After persistent requests, someone brought unused half rolls.
