Horrible office. Turned to install thirteen lamps in the ceiling they have already mounted. They waited for the master, if you can call it that, for two weeks. When I arrived, I looked at what had to be done and started saying that it was all too difficult for him: too many fixtures, it was difficult to dismantle the ceiling because of the heating pipes (where did he see rooms without heating pipes in the ceiling ?!), it is difficult to mount a square lamp ( see if he can only mount round fixtures of standard sizes), he cannot mark the spot lights with an arc (I had to mark for him !!). Calling to the office, and asking for a more qualified installer in a boorish form answered that it was a qualified installer and they refused to provide the other. Do not believe the photos on the site, they are downloaded from the Internet, the maximum that they can do is to install a simple ceiling with one hole in the middle. Among other things, they refused to return the prepayment of 1000 rubles, the robbers from the 90s !! In general, I recommend not to get involved with the company "Rainbow Ceilings", it is better to spend more time, but to find a good, proven company, than to spend time, money and nerves on one-day firms.
