As a result, in a miraculous way, TK managed to send it. And even when they handed over the cargo, the value of the insurance was asked to indicate 25,000 rubles. The operator who received delivered only 750 rubles. I called the hotline, and in the end they said that it was impossible to change the amount. Another puncture. Conclusion: 1. They cheat that the cargo has been sent 2. They charge you extra money for their faults 3. They do not carefully fill out the documents The cargo arrived without damage, the deadline was postponed by several days. The overall score is 2 points. Initially, I thought about the company better than it actually turns out.
