We handed over the cargo for shipment to the terminal of St. Petersburg. As a result, for five days the cargo lay in the terminal at the reception and every day there was a paid wait because the shopping mall could not send it !!! Nobody even notified me (the recipient) or the sender that there were any difficulties with the cargo. I myself called the shopping center three times, twice, they told me that the cargo had been sent. But why is there a paid wait? As a result, for the third time, a girl operator was found who told the truth that the cargo was still in the terminal of St. Petersburg, was not sent, because there was not enough set of documents. The question is why then did you accept my shipment if you cannot send it? The sender now has no opportunity to come and deliver some documents, he lives in Len. area! As a result, in a miraculous way, TK managed to send it. And even when they handed over the cargo, the value of the insurance was asked to indicate 25,000 rubles. The operator who received delivered only 750 rubles. I called the hotline, and in the end they said that it was impossible to change the amount. Another puncture. Conclusion: 1. They cheat that the cargo has been sent 2. They charge you extra money for their faults 3. They do not carefully fill out the documents The cargo arrived without damage, the deadline was postponed by several days. The overall score is 2 points. Initially, I thought about the company better than it actually turns out.

Worst company to date! the cargo has been on the way for a month, they switch from operator to operator - you wait for the result for half an hour and for an answer (although there is no answer: we have no information about why the cargo is delayed)! The worst attitude to the client: no calls, no notifications that the cargo is delayed, no explanation of the reasons for the delay, etc. And there are more than 70% of such reviews, you should probably change the company's policy.

Received a parcel, BMW E39 trunk lid glass. They opened the package in front of me, the glass turned out to be broken into trash. I wrote a claim. The second month went like red tape. Either they say not an insured event, although they received and packaged in the company, then send the documents. I send the documents, a week passes and the answer is again sent to the same docks. This is the first time I come across this. They themselves ruined the cargo and are looking for an excuse not to compensate, although the amount is only 4,500 rubles. for glass and 1,390 rubles. for delivery. I do not advise anyone to contact them.

The most disgusting company. The cargo was not packed, although according to the documents the packaging is made of film. All the way, the product was rubbing against something. The presentation has been lost.
