I'm disappointed in Zoservice. I picked up the kitten, its hind legs are hanging, brought it for examination, did an X-ray, was told to eat and everything will be ok. And today the kitten peed with blood. Now they say it is necessary to do an ultrasound. Was it really impossible to fully examine it normally?!? In order not to torment the animal again, the more I picked it up and I don’t know what happened to it and how it lived before.

The first impression is that this is a Good veterinary hospital, they do an ultrasound scan, an X-ray, the tests are immediately taken on the spot and they look, they bring a lot of animals to them. We also brought a cat to them for the first time, stood in line for about 20 minutes, then they accepted us, like they made a diagnosis and immediately began to inject drugs and an IV. They do not have a hospital, they do not leave them for treatment, and it is not known, do we even have a hospital for animals? We hope their treatment is correct and will help our pet. The staff is youth, qualification will show the health of our cat😊 Some time passed, the treatment helped the cat, she recovered.
