My husband was tested for coronavirus on 10/17/20 in the morning. The administrator assured that the study would take three days, which is indicated on the organization's website. I called every day, assured that there was some kind of unexpected delay. I could not resist, I called directly to the Citilab laboratory and received completely different information. First, the research is carried out for three working days. Secondly, the pick-up day and days off are not included in the lead time. The administrator, however, assured that the study period included both weekends and the day of collection. Please correct the information on the site to be complete and accurate and not mislead people. It is a pity that the Citilab laboratory does not know anything about three days. They clearly explained to us that the analysis is done in three working days, which does not include the day of collection, weekend and delivery to the laboratory site.

I signed up for a doctor in a week. He arrived 30 km on the weekend and it turned out that they did not record me! The doctor was not there, as no one was recorded to him! Wasted time! Disgusting attitude to the client! To this center no more foot! I also asked a question when recording, I promised to call and, of course, no one called. Called 5.11. 2019
