Very polite and friendly staff. Very literate. Especially Humarova Albina and Dzerassa, it is very pleasant to conduct a dialogue.

Last week I was in this office, I made a payment. A bank employee was very courteous and attentive to me, despite the fact that I had some payment requirements. I stayed there long enough and noticed that very competent, polite, good, patient girls work in the department!

Terrible service; unskilled, incompetent "cadres" (if they can be called so), ranging from ordinary employees and ending with the manager.

Disgusting service; boorish attitude towards clients, motivated by the fact that they spend their "precious time" on us; imposing of services not provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation in sphere of crediting.

Everything is fine, but you won't be able to leave quickly, long queues
