The most disgusting bank with the worst service. The queues are many hours long. Questions are resolved very slowly. It seems that the staff is absolutely all exactly on the problems of customers. Many people just get up and leave without waiting for their turn. I come to the department 6 times !!! Just pick up the card. At what 2 times on different days and 4 times today !!! The answer is the same: "The program does not work" !!! I’m sitting since 18:02. At the moment, the time is 19:03. Queue 9 people. Hall 1 is the only consultant. Which lets go very slowly. In neighboring rooms, the situation is no better. Although the bank is open until 20:00. I ask the management of the bank to take action. I make a correction in my review. I want to thank the department for work with legal entities. Workers well done. Very interested in helping customers. All (consultations, service) do quickly and as useful as possible. Among the shortcomings, I can highlight the lack of a mobile application for a legal entity and the lack of plastic cards for withdrawing cash from a legal entity's account.
