Came in advance (as we were asked) for a paid complex MRI by appointment at 10:15. Approaching the office, we saw a large queue - at 10 am people were still sitting with an appointment at 8:30. Apparently, the clinic records everyone on an MRI scan with an insufficient time interval between patients, not taking into account the duration of the procedure and not thinking that people will sit in line for an hour or longer (AND WITHOUT WARNING ABOUT THIS IN ADVANCE ON THE PHONE). The results, by the way, were said by phone and written on the website, they are issued immediately after the study, but in fact, after a few days, they need to be received at the registry. Better save your time and do not waste it waiting in line, especially when you are paying a lot of money for the service.

Since the other day I was lucky enough to visit this institution (in order to pass the FGDS - a probe to swallow), I will share my impressions. Free shoe covers at the entrance, a large lobby with many soft sitters, a wardrobe. An indifferent-polite young lady at the reception, giving out papers. An extremely polite security guard who checks them, who at the same time measures the temperature with a non-contact thermometer. Everyone seemed to have masks, including patients. A slippery staircase to the third floor (feet are in shoe covers - they slide on smooth concrete). The toilet on the 3rd floor was pleased with the presence of liquid soap. Simple repairs - similar to our collective farm hospital, but wide corridors and soft nurses along the walls. There were no icons above the doors, but a black and white photograph of a temple was found on the wall. The doctor (Rakhlina E.S.) was caught tolerant, albeit with oddities. But the nurse is a typical individual for domestic hospitals, preferring to give commands instead of talking. "We leave the bag there", "Put on the second shoe covers", "We sit on the sofa." Okay, they didn't tell me to give my paw. Well, what can you do, the family is not without, ahem, individuals. The survey went quickly, that's fine. Bottom line: tolerable - some kind of guarantee that you will not be "bumped" by other diseases, the examination has been completed, but three points is the maximum for establishments where you are rude at any of the stages.

I visit Dr. Markova E.R. repeatedly. I always get help, competent treatment. Her appointments have been approved in other clinics. It is very nice to communicate with such an intelligent person.

When you go to the reception, you don’t have to wonder if you forgot the shoe covers, or the one-time film. Everything is here! Security will always tell and explain everything. The reception will help and quickly serve. Spacious and clean, no queues. Doctors are very good specialists. Not rude, knowing their job.

I called the reception all day. The phone was picked up. Reckless attitude of the reception !!!!
