Не смотря на запись ко времени, лаборанта пришлось ждать час, опоздали на операцию (без теста операцию не проводят, о необходимости этого теста нам сообщили меньше чем за сутки). Из фразы сотрудника "жалуетесь, нам будет только лучше" понятно, что наша претензия к руководящему составу. Остальному персоналу клиники хотим сказать Спасибо.
