Просьба решить проблему с организацией проведения тестирования на covid (тот самый за 15 минут). Не смотря на запись ко времени, лаборанта пришлось ждать час, опоздали на операцию (без теста операцию не проводят, о необходимости этого теста нам сообщили меньше чем за сутки). Из фразы сотрудника "жалуетесь, нам будет только лучше" понятно, что наша претензия к руководящему составу. Остальному персоналу клиники хотим сказать Спасибо.

The first day: the nurse came and cleaned, changed my bed, towels. I cleaned the bathroom. Day two, third, I'll even say the number so that they can see exactly who worked it on 08/23/2020 (I signed out in the evening) The nurse came, she did not remove the garbage from the floor (diapers and nappies), the towels did not change, the bed linen did not change. She was cleaned all these days: she waved a rotten rag a couple of times, wiped the toilet and left. The girl with whom I was lying after the cesarean, after an unsuccessful anesthesia, I was lying around with a severe headache. When I checked out, I looked at my bed and towels, and I almost fainted. How can I be so negligent, after all, I’m not lying for free, you can change the bed and towels by default, but we are with children with little ones ... the blood in the photo, if anything is from a vein, I was given drips 2 times a day, the pressure rose and the blood was barely stopped I saw late that the bed was stained. But the service personnel must keep an eye on this. When I was transferred (in the morning) to the ward on 08.20 in the evening on the same day, the nurse came to clean and asked me to get up to change the bed. And the rest of the days lie in the dirty! Another point, they bring food: well, if you don't want to wipe the table as you pick up the food, then bring a rag, the mothers themselves will wipe it. I was terrified. If it were not for the head pains and the state would be luyasha, I would have made a scandal right there, but the state did not allow swearing, but I had to put up and lie in a dirty bed🙌❗❗❗❗❗

As a result, for 10 minutes of reception, the doctor Lisin E.G. spent exactly 10 seconds on examining his legs, 30 on the question of when it was scratched and what was the temperature and a maximum of 1.5 minutes for reading the appointments. Since I had a temperature, I didn’t have enough strength and critical thinking to understand everything. As a result, the diagnosis turned out to be a “hip injury”, although there was no injury, but a scratch, well, or at least a cut. In the appointment indicated antibiotics, but did not add anything to restore the flora of the stomach. By the way, 1850 rubles for 10 minutes of reception does not even include temperature measurement, and he just set the figure, which I approximately called, although I told him that I did not measure the temperature.
