Good evening! It is not entirely clear what the HUGE QUEUE is connected with in the registration office of the two-story building. Previously, I visited it several times. We always met smiling girls who promptly guided and explained in all incomprehensible nuances. There is nothing to say about the queue, at most 2-3 people who took 5 minutes. Everything without nerves and negativity. The girls are just great. Today, all day long, I can't stand in a queue, as it is as long as in the Mausalei. To the questions asked on the case to the girls: "in which office does it take?", "What time is it better to approach so that the queue is unloaded?" , they snarl and hammer. The situation in the queue itself is naturally heating up. We are all human, but I did not come to visit, and even more so not to these girls, but to get advice. I really want humanity to still live in people, and even more so in this situation, you can make indulgences for patients, just treat people like a human being, and not burp negative. I strongly ask you not to disregard this situation! Unfortunately, I am a regular visitor and have to make the situation public.

Why bother people with such autoresponders ?? !! They also say something about some quality of service. Funny and disgusting at the same time. We do not have quality medicine and will not.
