Worst hotel big time. They do not clean your room. Very rude hotel staff. They serve very bad and cold breakfast.

A good hotel in a picturesque location, on the very bank of the Volkhov. Nearby is a beautiful bridge. They say it's great fishing here. The hotel has a nice interior. There is a sauna and a nice pool table. Of the minuses - the interior is shabby in places, some decor details have fallen off.

Awful experience 1) They called in the morning, said force majeure, the restaurant does not work, although judging by the comments, this is not uncommon for them 2) The road is just awful, 10 km of a minefield 3) there was no heating in the bathroom, wild cold 4) After 12, some kind of disco started (from Thursday to Friday) in a restaurant (which does not work for technical reasons), apparently, the young people came to rest, so we were given a room right above this disco and until 2 pm we listened to hammering music Well, a few little things that are present in many hotels

Overpriced, cleaning quality is average. But the staff are polite and helpful.
