We contacted Trubovar to install a glass curtain in the bathtub. Before that, the blinds were bought in Maxidom for 10 thousand rubles. The master came and installed the frame for the curtains. By inserting glass into the frame, he broke it. Splinters covered the bath drain !!! Two chips formed on the enamel (and this was a German steel Kaldewei bathtub, can you imagine the cost of its restoration?) The master immediately got ready and left, promised to order the same glass and install it in 2 weeks. It was September 17, 2020. Of course no one called back. They called the foreman themselves and said to contact the firm. We called "Trubovar" - they specified the dimensions of the glass (although the master himself took measurements before leaving). They promised to call back. Today is October 22nd. There were no calls. The result of the Trubovar's work is that the curtains for 10 thousand rubles are damaged, the bathtub for 30 thousand rubles is spoiled, the drain is clogged. There is unprofessionalism and disregard for clients. Never contact them! I am very sorry that we ordered a job from them.

Arranged for an inspection at 19:00, did not arrive. I called, at the other end a man told me a story about an attempt to take away his business :) The next day he promised to be at 9:00. Didn't get there. Do not waste, in short, time.

Decent organization. I ordered a number of plumbing services. A team of two Russian masters arrived. Did the pipe wiring in 1 square. Square. new buildings in 1 day. I was pleased. The price corresponds to the quality of work.
