Excellent Service, good breakfest, nice big rooms = and the best relativly low prices

This is a fantastic hotel and grand indeed! Rooms: clean and roomy Service: 5/5 such nice people here. My Russian is very bad and they worked with me so patiently to make all the arrangements (taxi, food, etc) Location: very close to attractions. I walked around the city for three hours and saw most of the structures I love this beautiful city :) and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Clean hotel. Be careful some rooms have no window to open, if it is important request in advance. Breakfast is best in the city, but international wise it is very poor. I believe this is only proper hotel in the city

Were at the Romanov restaurant, excellent cuisine, friendly staff! Very beautiful!

Spent the night at this hotel yesterday. At a cost of 8.5 thousand, the quality and service do not correspond. There is no doorman, take the key and go to the room yourself. And in the room, the carpet is in such a state, faded wiped! Poor furniture, old. There is no spa ham in the service folder. She went down to take an interest, there is no sweater or washer! No bathrobe, no slippers! I would like to return the money, compensation. Today, by the will of fate, I had to spend another day in this city, I chose the second by rating .. so far I am satisfied.
