The hotel is comfortable and beautiful, the place is excellent, I recommend it to everyone. Mountains surround on two sides, and I have never seen a more incredible landscape. The service is disgusting, the only employee was Rimma, when we tried to have breakfast, she dumped and did not show up for about an hour. When checking in, I also had to wait a long time (after the specified time 2 hours). Garbage was not taken out of the room, hot water was intermittent. Judging by other reviews, this employee is the problem.
