Disgusting service. Today, 06/06/2018, I made an appointment by phone for 13:00 to change the oil and inspect the chassis. Arrived at the appointed time. The receptionist suggested waiting 15-20 minutes for the service of the previous car to be completed. After about 20 minutes. the lift is free. Turning to the foreman for permission to enter, it turned out that the locksmith was leaving for lunch. The master calls another locksmith, who, in turn, refuses to come for personal reasons. The master, without even apologizing, attributes the situation to the locksmith. As a result, I have an empty trip to the car service and wasted time. The impression about this service station is negative and is caused by the irresponsibility of the master-inspector. It is not appropriate to blame your mistake on locksmiths, tk. if it was impossible to take the car, it was enough to call in advance and inform about the situation that had arisen, cancel the appointment or postpone it to another time. The organization of the reception is striking. First, why invite a customer at lunchtime? Secondly, if the locksmith has to leave for lunch after servicing the next car, why does the master inspector not immediately inform about it, but suggests waiting? What quality can we talk about if such irresponsibility is already manifested at the stage of acceptance?
