We bought 2 Corella parrots, when, due to circumstances, they wanted to change one parrot for another the next day and suddenly it turned out that it was impossible to change (circumstances on our part), faced with terrible, boorish communication and attitude, that the women of the seller, that of the owner himself, it seemed like Oleg. At first, when returning the bird, the owner began to demand that I pay him some taxes, although they agreed that we would simply exchange the parrot for another, to which the seller herself said, "they shouldn't owe each other anything." The owner began to circle me with some kind of taxes that had accumulated for him, some kind of online cash register, although we initially paid in cash, they did not give us any checks for birds, for food, while the seller, apparently feeling the help in the face of the owner, began to say that the checks were also rude. I believe, whatever the situation, you need to find a point of contact with clients, especially if this is your business. I do not recommend it because of rudeness and inability to communicate with people! By the way, the parrots on which they wanted to change, for some reason, were already in the box, despite the fact that I had not even chosen certain birds among them.
