1.5-2 weeks ago I came to this department to change the phone number that is attached to the card. The girl did something, did in the end the number is not changed, what she was doing is not clear. The service is terrible. When they asked for help another time, the "main" lady said that the consultant was in the hall and RUN away from the hall. The consultant had 5 people in line. They stood in line for 10-15 minutes, she did not budge.
