Как к страховой компании вопросов нет, но чтобы оформить ОСАГО, не продлить, а именно впервые или просто, как я например, страховался у них и решил оформить полис на другую машину алгоритм такой: 1. Приезжаешь к ним, сидишь ждёшь очередь, пишешь заявление на ОСАГО; 2 Служба безопасности рассматривает твоё заявление от 5 до 30 дней и если принимает положительное решение, то-; 3. Приезжаешь к ним, сидишь ждёшь очередь; 4. Идёте с сотрудником на осмотр машины, если к тебе вопросов нет, то-; 5. О ЧУДО, наконец начинается оформление полиса. Для чего все эти трудности, при сегодняшней конкуренции, при ценах на ОСАГО у Ингосстраха далеко выше средних? - непонятно. Наверно им не нужны клиенты, причём как новые, так и действующие. Прошло 1,5 месяца с момента моего обращения, мне одобрили полис, УРА ТОВАРИЩИ!!! К сожалению не дождался, оформил в другой страховой...

We insure the third car, until that moment we did not encounter problems paying insurance, since there were no precedents, BUT everything happens for the first time, we get into an accident, we are not responsible for the accident. The thought is in our heads, we have CTP, everyone will reimburse me, the accident was formalized by the traffic police, all honestly and do not wait for a dirty trick. The car is not 2 years old, respectively, we go to OD Hyundai (we have a Hyundai Creta car) to assess the damage, together with the insurance, totaled 80+ thousand rubles. repair. We plan to repair at OD, the insurance gives the go-ahead. Well, I’m insured, the insurance will reimburse everything, but it turns out that the insurance is ready to pay only 40 thousand rubles., The rest they say pay extra yourself. We did not quite understand this turn of events, but I am insured, the damage has been assessed, the accident has been filed, but the insurance does not want to pay the full amount. A sharp aversion to this insurance company INGOSSTRAKH. They do not insure you from troubles, but "weld" on your problems and create new ones. I do not recommend this insurance company to anyone, the policy of this insurance company is apparently focused on finding a way to deceive you and is interested in reducing the amount you pay. Now, apparently, you will have to solve the problem through the court, spend time, effort, nerves on this. - Nobody wants this? Do not make my mistakes, do not insure the Car here. Client - for them an empty word, customer-oriented service - this concept does not apply to this insurance company at all. Our only desire and requirement for insurance is that I would adequately like to get repair from the OD in accordance with the damages and the expert’s assessment of the OD without any investments on our part, since the damages were sustained in an accident that we are not the culprit, in other words, to the insurance company honestly did what it should be. INGOSSTRAKH will create a headache for you, instead of saving you from it. I hope this review helps someone.
