Hello! We visited your institution since the opening, twice a month, in a large company, everything was fine, until yesterday! And so, as usual, we booked a table in three days. We came this Saturday, and we are informed that our pre-ordered table was given to another company, which is larger in number of people. At the same time, no one informed us about this, they presented us with a fact !!!! It was not very pleasant, the mood was spoiled! The most interesting thing is that the waiter apologized, while the administrator - the girl who told us about this, behaved in HAMSKI, with the words, if something does not suit us, then these are our problems! In such a situation, I was for the first time and none of us expected the rudeness of the administrator. As a result, administrator, offered us a small table for two people. I tried to explain to her that there are three of us, and our check will be at least 7000 rubles, because we didn’t drink, but we didn’t come, and there’s no way to put trays on such a small table for three visitors. But she didn't care !!! I still don’t know why we didn’t leave, apparently because we have been going there for a very long time. As a result, we were moved, with great dissatisfaction, two small tables, near which a column was installed and, accordingly, we could not talk calmly, because the music was playing very loud! Conclusion: I told all my friends, whom I had previously advised about this institution, this situation! I will not recommend this place to anyone else! Dear owners, if you choose an administrator, then you should at least test them! The waiter, who tried to rectify the situation, stood and blushed because of your rude, ill-mannered, arrogant administrator. Thanks to the behavior of your administrator (mind you, she is a girl), you have lost many regular customers !!! I no longer recommend your establishment !!!

A good establishment, it's nice that St. Petersburg-level establishments get to Murmansk too! Great BBQ ribs and hearty soups. There is only one remark, there are no soft drinks on the menu that the waiter brings, which is confusing, since the waiter (if you ask him about soft drinks) will inform you that you can order lemonades, tea and coffee. And so everything is fine, thanks!

Great steaks, great ribs, good tea and other drinks. And I don't need any more. Main meat, tasty meat, and more. And here it is.
