Terrible, slow service. Leisurely... The employees are incompetent. To a question that could be answered yes, no, or wait 1 minute, the employee was rude, without looking up from her smartphone at the client, that she is now working and cannot see. I no longer want to use your services.

The negligent, and sometimes even boorish attitude of the staff of this office deserves special attention. In no branch of Megafon had I met anything like this before.

I will never buy anything again in a megaphone, I bought a defective phone, but they don’t want to return the money.
