In Murmansk, in the very center of the city, there is a representative of the Aeroflot company, they work until 5:00 p.m. 1 people pass at 2.5 o’clock, checked !!! I sat in a queue from 13:00 until closing, as a result, 6 people remained at 17 o’clock which everyone sat for 4-5 hours !! all left with nothing, didn’t even want to answer questions! It is unfortunate that in the presence of free seats in front of the cabin they are not offered to passengers with small children. Passengers with infants are sitting pressed on both sides with their seats down! For such money, considerable and food, service could be better, and just a human attitude towards people. Commercial space in the business class is great, but when they are empty, you can facilitate the flight of small passengers. Other airlines have cradles for babies and this service is free !!!

I fly only Aeroflot. The site is convenient and intuitive

Murmansk, 13.07.2019 Flight Murmansk-Moscow departure at 10:35. I arrived at the check-in desk for an Aeroflot flight 1 minute late, at 09:56. At that moment, the counter was still working, a woman checked in her baggage for the same flight as me. While this procedure was taking place, a representative of Aeroflot approached. The check-in clerk told her that another passenger had arrived, pointing me out, to which the aeroflot representative replied that she would not register me and advised me to exchange a ticket for a later flight. My pleas and persuasion for 5 minutes did not give anything. I was without luggage and it would take me about three minutes to check in from the force. As a result, I did not fly away with this flight, I re-registered my tickets for the flight in 1845. In life, anything can happen and being late in a minute cannot be so punished. In any case, at other airports, people went to the meeting. I am very disappointed with the Murmansk branch of aeroflot and, if possible, I will use the services of other airlines.
