City Centre Otel

The owner is so annoying!!! If there is a 0star, I won’t give her one star. Her altitude is so bad that she speaks rude to us——with a loud voice saying”no” all the time. She shouts out Russian with a peak voice. Goodness, I can not bear that. We asked her if we can put our luggage here after we check out. She firstly said yes, but when we are to leave, she said no again.( if it’s not allowed to put stuff here, you can tell us since the beginning so we can arrange that by ourselves!) She is rude all the time with a strict face. The facility is not bad. However,You can hear the noises when someone is passing by. Really rude.

Normal hotel, only because of the epidemic breakfasts are purely fictitious. In the evening, they give out 3 pieces of rolls, processed cheese, jam, sweet rolls. And a bag of instant porridge. A bag of tea and coffee.

For its price (2600 doubles with breakfast) the hotel is excellent: clean, good water pressure, comfortable beds, albeit single beds.

The excellent hotel is located in the center of Murmansk. Small, cozy and warm rooms. Responsive and patient staff, adequately respond to requests and suggestions. Very tasty breakfast.

Nice hotel, round-the-clock check-in. The room is warm and clean, there is a water cooler in the hallway. Breakfast. Unfortunately, they could not appreciate it, because they did not wake up on time. Of the minuses - good audibility.
