The best clinic in the city. Clean spacious corridors, helpful staff and, of course, an excellent selection of doctors. I passed tests many times, went to an endocrinologist, dermatologist, allergist, gastroenterologist and the center of restorative medicine, everything is at a high level. Convenient appointment with a doctor through a personal account, and in general, the online functionality with test results and medical history is well thought out. If I have health problems, I only apply here!

I can't say anything good ... I made an online appointment with a specialist, a confirmation was received by e-mail indicating the date, doctor, time, office .. I came from the region just for this visit, and the registrar told me that she did not see my record , there is no it supposedly, "did not pass" ... !!! How is that even ?! I spent 1 ton of rubles on the road so as not to get to the doctor !!!

I do not recommend this clinic, as the staff do not know what services their clinic provides. I call, sign up for CTG, come, and they tell me that they do not have this and they wrote me down to the gynecologist, there are no questions to the doctors, but people who answer calls should not work there at all, because I was very great at the ninth month of pregnancy drive through the whole city to find out that some kind of cuckoo without brains works in this clinic

In May there was a 10 percent discount on tests, a lot of friends and relatives decided to use the promotion, not one !!! not one! discount was not counted! only to those who asked again or reminded themselves, they silently counted the amount, and there the savings of 700 rubles on average. At the entrance, such a deception or at the exit, anyway - such an attitude is terribly unpleasant and incomprehensible. This is a shame. And even worse - this is when you bring the coupon of their corporate brochure for the same 10% discount that says - until 01.10.2020, the validity period, and the girl at the reception says this is no longer a valid offer ... apparently, we are in the past we all live. so unpleasant, and you don’t even know, this is the human factor of the workers, their percentage of sales or the sales plan of this clinic itself is above all. Know your rights and respect yourself by going to this clinic.

Signed up for removal of sulfuric plug in one ear, the cost of 800r. He asked the operator "is it only possible to remove the cork without additional examination by a doctor, etc.?", "It is possible." In the office, the doctor immediately began to examine, climb into the nose, mouth, I said that I need to remove only the cork and not for consultation, I will not pay for the examination, as the operator said that it is possible without this. As a result, AFTER removal, at the checkout they said 1500r in the end. He refused to pay, said that I would only pay 800r for what I wanted, and not for the services you had imposed. As a result, I broke the check for 1500r, but took 800r.
