Sushi Shop

The most important ingredient in sushi isn't even fish. It is well cooked and properly seasoned rice. Do not think of it as snobbery, but in small cities most often, 99 percent, do not pay attention to this fact, in big cities the situation is also fifty fifty. I didn't expect anything from the sushi shop. In the end, very, very good. Rice is firm, seasoned perfectly, no excess acid, subtle sweetness that does not overpower the taste of fish. I would have worked a little on the stickiness, cool more intensely so that the grains remain shiny and sticky at the same time. I tried light Philadelphia and sushi one by one, as I prefer simple combinations and pure flavors more. Making a balanced roll with tons of ingredients is not an easy task. Good portion of fish, does not shine through. Fresh salmon, not greasy. Tuna is certainly not o-toro :), but a lean red piece of the back. Forces but an amateur. By the way, I would add seared salmon to the menu - just take a piece with more fat streaks. Simple and delicious. My husband ordered 4 cheese pizza and was also pleased. In general, the guys are great. We will now look into your kandalaksha! Thank you!

Awful and disgusting! I ordered a set of the month, consisting of one rice. Salmon with a terrible smell, like it's gone. Nori is old, faded all over. I do not recommend buying !!!!! Very disappointing

They cook well, have delivery, service 10/10

I liked the Philadelphia Light. The service is pleasant. Recommend.
