In the courtyard, in the dark, I did not notice a small fence, the parking sensors did not work either. I crumpled the rear bumper. I signed up for a service to repair it and diagnose parking sensors. We sorted out the bumper in a couple of days, straightened it. painted and installed back. A short circuit occurred in the parking sensors due to moisture ingress. He had to be replaced. In general, I am satisfied with the work done, its timing and cost, thank you very much.

The RX 300, purchased from Axel Lexus, is the second Lexus in our family. The old ES 250 was put in trade-in, and a good discount came out. I handed over my old car under excellent conditions and got a good discount on the new NX. The difference in the amount was repaid with a loan issued in the salon itself. The dopas were politely offered once, but I refused, they did not offer any more, which made me very happy - apparently, customers here are heard and listened to. I'm very happy with the purchase, and thanks to the Lexus salon.

Fuel consumption began to increase noticeably; after diagnostics, the service found out that the catalyst was clogged. I admit my jamb: I didn't replace the candles on time. We agreed that new candles would be installed in the service room and the catalyst would be put in order. The work was completed on time, they reported, the master advised what else to pay attention to. Thank you.

I noticed that the engine temperature sensor shows too low values, gasoline consumption began to increase. I thought there was something wrong with the sensor. Came to the service to find out what the problem is. The master listened to me carefully, said that most likely there was a problem with the thermostat, he carried out diagnostics just in case. But he was right from the very beginning, the thermostat was faulty, it was quickly replaced with a new one. The problem is gone. These are the experts who work here, they immediately know where and what is wrong, but they confirm their assumptions. Thank you, I will recommend your service to my friends.
