We bought a ceiling suspension (not cheap), turned out to be defective. The complaint was resolved 3 months !!! We never called back, bothered ourselves, in fact we didn’t solve the problem, offered a 15% discount))) with the initial 20%. Agreed due to some circumstances. But the sediment remained and the desire never to contact you again. Shop on Lenin, A-square !!!
